Sonic Sisters is a festival conceived and founded by Ladydust.
A carefully curated celebration of women in contemporary music, DJ culture, and artistic expression.
Each performance unfolds as a cinematic narrative –
a living sequence of sound and atmosphere, weaving together electronica, dark disco, rock, synth, underground textures, and the emotional pulse of Athens itself.
The festival brings into focus some of the most influential female DJs, radio voices, and cultural innovators of the local music scene — creators who, for decades, have inspired, shaped, and expanded the city’s sonic identity – while at the same time embracing new blood, emerging voices, and the future of the sound.
Sonic Sisters is designed as a recurring gathering, taking place twice a year.
Its inaugural edition will take place on Saturday, March 7th, at a well-known venue in the heart of Athens, Greece.
For this edition, Sonic Sisters Festival brings together (in random order) Fo, Red on Rush, Nat K, Loo a powerful collective of DJs and radio producers whose individual voices shape a shared sonic narrative.
Each artist contributes her own musical universe, creating a fluid, twelve-hour journey across rock, electronica, dark disco, synth and underground soundscapes.

SONIC SISTERS FESTIVAL
SATURDAY, MARCH 7
DADDY’S ALL DAY BAR
Women on the decks. Sound in the foreground.
A night of visibility, energy, and musical power.
The Sonic Sisters Festival makes its debut on Saturday, March 7, 2026, on the eve of International Women’s Day, in the heart of Athens at Daddy’s All Day Bar, transforming the city into a meeting point of female voices, rhythms, and musical narratives.
This is a multidimensional, carefully curated celebration dedicated to women in contemporary music and DJ culture — not simply an event, but a collective statement of presence. For seven continuous hours, different aesthetics, generations, and artistic paths converge into a unified sonic arc: from rock and electronica to dark disco, synth, indie, and underground club soundscapes. Each set unfolds as a chapter in a living, cinematic narrative, gradually building across the dancefloor.
The festival is born with the aim of strengthening visibility and creative exchange among women and femininities in music — both behind and in front of the decks. It creates an open expressive space where experience, experimentation, and personal identity translate into sound.
